When Lettermail is chosen as the shipping option (only available for 1 small item) this shipping is NOT tracked and is therefore NOT the responsibility of Nautical Nerys once it leaves the shop.

LETTERMAIL ORDERS MUST BE PAID VIA EMT OR PAYPAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY. ANY THAT DONT FOLLOW THIS WILL BE REFUNDED.

Shipping times Vary so please don't pick Lettermail if you are needing the item the following week, chances are it will not get there in time. instead choose expresspost.

If you choose tracked shipping and your order is over $100 and you want more insurance on this tracked order you Need to add it to your cart (labeled additional shipping insurance) . Otherwise any lost packages will only be refunded for the $100 insured by Canada post once received.
